- Must be 21 years of age or older to win.
- One vacation per household.
- Listener has 12 minutes and 40 seconds to call in and qualify.
- Sierra Broadcasting, Corp employees and families are not eligible.
- Sponsor employees are not eligible to participate at sponsor location.
- Winners can be disqualified if rules are not followed.
- Winners are responsible for any expenses and taxes associated with travel.
- Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform under the rules when such failure is caused by accidents or disturbances when beyond control.
- Travel must be used within specified time and restrictions apply.
- Prize cannot be bartered, sold or exchanged and has no cash value.
- Names and likenesses of promotion winners may be used by KSUE/93JDX for promotional purposes without further compensation to contestant.
- Conversations with winners or qualifiers may be broadcast live or tape delayed for future broadcast on KSUE/93JDX.
- Prizes may be substituted at the discretion of Sierra Broadcasting if the awarded vacation becomes unavailable for some reason.
