Grilled Chicken Pesto BLT Wraps!
Tyson Says: “This is a simple, cheap, quick
And somewhat impressive dinner!”
4 Chicken Breasts (cut into chunks)
1 Jar of pesto (u know… the good stuff)
1 lb bacon (cook to Crispy)
1 package of LARGE flour tortillas
1 head of romaine lettuce
2-3 tomatoes (on the vine are the tastiest)
1 Red Onion
Chop the Onion and Put in a skillet on Med
With Chicken breast chunks and All the Pesto.
Cook for about 30-45 minutes until chicken is
Fully cooked.
Cook the bacon to Crispy while the chicken is
Cooking, and cut the tomatoes into half moon shaped slices,
And chop the lettuce to sort -of medium fine.
Now just Wrap them up Burrito Style (toothpicks help)
Do a layer of chicken, 2 slices of bacon, lettuce and tomato and
Wrap tightly. When I made these I didn’t use any mayo or
anything, and they were plenty (wet) with just the pesto sauce.
Makes 4-6 BIG wraps! Serve with a salad or fries.
